Your tasks:
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors
- Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices or organizations
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
- Interpret administrative and operating policies andprocedures for employees
Your skills:
- Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work
- Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences
- Writing computer programs for various purposes
- Actively looking for ways to help people
